Return Policy

In Store Returns and Exchanges

We apricate your business! In the unfortunate event that you need to return/exchange/cancel an item you purchased with us, please follow our guidelines.

We have a 14 day return/exchange policy after the date of purchase. Skates and products must be in brand-new condition with original packaging. For any signs of minor wear and tear (damage, dirt, scuffs) items may be subject to a restocking fee of $30. Items that are exchanged are subjected to a restocking fee of up to 5%.

Online Store Policy:

We apricate your business! In the unfortunate event that you need to return/exchange/cancel an item you purchased with us, please follow our guidelines.

We have a 14 day return/exchange policy after the date of delivery. To request a return you can email us at contact@voodooskateshop.com. We will evaluate your return and if it is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with return instructions. The payment will be refunded to the original payment method minus shipping costs and restock fee.

To eligible for return:

  • Product must be in a new, unused condition.
  • Products must be returned with all accessories/components they arrived to you with laces, tools, original packaging, ...
  • For any signs of minor wear and tear items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $30.
  • No returns/exchanges on SALE, CLEARANCE or CUSTOM items, or special orders. All customs and discounted items are final sale.
  • Please do not place tape on/write on/place return labels directly on skate boxes. Please use a secondary box to use around your skate box return.
  • All Returns/Exchanges must be sent within 4 weeks of approval. If you need additional time, please contact us for a time extension.

If your product meets the above criteria please email us at contact@voodooskateshop.com with your your order number and the issue. If your return is accepted, give you a return label and instructions on how to return your package. 

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refunded (minus the shipping costs) with be returned to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Replacement / Warranty

If a product has a warranty issue please contact us immediately. We will provide you with information on a replacement.
