Return Policy
Online Store Policy:
Unfortunately, we're closing up shop. Our project last day of sales is expected to be December 31, 2024. We will not be accepting returns on orders starting November 01, 2024.
If there is an issue with your order please contact us at contact@voodooskateshop.com. In the event that your item sells out, we will notify you and refund your purchase.

Custom Boots
Special Order and non-stock items
Sale, clearance and closeout items
Items not in original packaging
To eligible for return:
- Product must be in a new, unused condition.
- Products must be returned with all accessories/components they arrived to you with laces, tools, original packaging, ...
- For any signs of minor wear and tear items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to $30.
- No returns/exchanges on SALE, CLEARANCE or CUSTOM items, or special orders. All customs and discounted items are final sale.
- Please do not place tape on/write on/place return labels directly on skate boxes. Please use a secondary box to use around your skate box return.
- All Returns/Exchanges must be sent within 4 weeks of approval. If you need additional time, please contact us for a time extension.
If your product meets the above criteria please email us at contact@voodooskateshop.com with your your order number and the issue. If your return is accepted, give you a return label and instructions on how to return your package.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a refunded (minus the shipping costs) with be returned to your original payment method. Items are subjected to a restock fee of up to $10. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If a product has a warranty issue please contact us immediately. We will provide you with information on a replacement.
